1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SlideQuill at https://slidequill.com (the “Service”). “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Sergei Kharkov PR Beograd, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Serbia. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SlideQuill is an online tool that uses artificial intelligence to create presentations. You provide a topic, text or a document; the Service generates an outline, slide content, charts, tables, stock images and speaker notes, and lets you edit the result and export it as PPTX or PDF.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, or use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date — we use it for account and billing messages.

4. Plans, payments and Merchant of Record

Basic use of the Service is free. Paid features — such as downloads without a watermark, speaker scripts and additional generations — are available through a Pro subscription (currently $12 per month) or a one-time unlock of a single presentation (currently $5). Prices are shown before checkout and may exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar (polar.sh). Polar is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes payments, handles applicable sales tax/VAT, and issues receipts. Polar’s own buyer terms apply to the purchase transaction.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for. Generation limits reset at the start of each billing period; unused generations do not carry over. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 14 days’ notice by email.

5. Your content

• You keep all rights to the text, files and other materials you upload (“Input”) and to the presentations generated for you (“Output”), to the extent permitted by law.
• You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit your Input and Output only as needed to operate the Service for you, including sending it to the AI and image providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
• You confirm that you have the rights to upload your Input and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
• Stock images are provided by third-party libraries (such as Pexels and Pixabay) under their respective licences.

6. AI-generated content

Output is produced automatically by AI models and may contain mistakes, outdated or invented facts, or content that is not suitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and checking the Output before you use, present or publish it. Similar Input from different users may produce similar Output. Follow the academic integrity rules of your school or university when using the Service for coursework.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent content, or content that exploits minors;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others, or impersonate any person or organisation;
• create spam, scams, disinformation, fake reviews or other deceptive material;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or scrape the Service, or bypass usage limits (for example with multiple free accounts);
• resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, add or remove features. If we make material changes to these Terms we will notify you by email or on the website before they take effect; continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as liability limitations) will survive.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, profits or opportunities, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Belgrade, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
