SlideQuill is operated by Sergei Kharkov PR Beograd, Skendera Kulenovića 2, 11010 Beograd (Voždovac), Serbia (PIB 113282241, MB 66709558). Contact: [email protected].
We want you to be happy with SlideQuill. You can try the Service for free before paying, and if a purchase does not work out, we keep refunds simple. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Polar; refunds go back to your original payment method.
1. First Pro subscription payment — 14 days
If you are not satisfied with Pro, email us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full. No explanation required.
2. Renewals
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in Settings → Subscription; you keep access until the end of the paid period. If a renewal charge went through but you have not used Pro since that renewal (no new generations or downloads), contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund of that renewal.
3. One-time presentation unlock
A one-time unlock is refundable within 14 days if you have not downloaded the unlocked presentation, or at any time within 14 days if a technical problem on our side prevented you from using it.
4. Technical problems
If the Service failed to deliver what you paid for — for example exports kept failing or you were charged twice — we will fix the problem or refund you, regardless of the periods above.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account (or use the Support → Refund form on the website) and include your order receipt or the email used at checkout. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Polar and usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — it is the fastest way to get your money back.
6. EU consumers
Paid features are digital content supplied immediately after purchase. At checkout you agree that delivery starts right away and acknowledge that this ends the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the content has been supplied. The voluntary refunds described above still apply, and nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under consumer protection law.
